Q-Track is located in the Inergi Complex. The Inergi Complex is a large brick structure that was built in the 1920s for a stove manufacturing operation. The best way to enter Q-Track is through the door on the west of the building. See the blue arrow on the map above. Follow the signs to the second floor.
The picture below shows the entrance to Q-Track. The west side of the building overlooks a large field in front of a Thompson/CAT distributor.
